Just completed a long awaited bathroom(3) renovation. Royal Stone was recommended to us by Margaret (Del Priore Kitchens). We were very pleased with the outcome of our quartz top counters. Susan at Royal Stone successfully executed the job. Installers were very efficient and quick. Price was reasonable

We went with Royal Stone Gallery on the recommendation of our Kitchen Cabinet supplier. We are happy that we did. They are very easy to work with and the installation went smoothly. I have to say, we did do our home work and went to other larger suppliers, but Royal Stone Gallery was the most competitively priced for the exact same quartz product.

From the minute I walked in the showroom- I was greeted by Alice who helped me immediately. She was attentive and quick to arrange quote, measure and install. Susan measured and that also was very quick. The installers were on time and installed quickly and efficiently. I am thrilled with the service I received from Royal Stone Gallery and I will recommend the company to everyone!

The owners of Royal Stone Gallery were very easy to deal with, but had several errors on the installation/measuring and had to insist on complete removal and re-installation of new countertop. In the end, the countertop ended up looking good, but not without lots of aggravation and working through fixes. Royal initially took the approach to fix instead of repair until I insisted that their reputation was on the line. If you plan to use them, make sure you oversee all aspects of the measuring and install to ensure you are happy with the end result.

I am so happy we went with Royal Stone Gallery for our kitchen countertops, they were recommended to us by our kitchen designer. Susan and the staff at Royal Stone are very knowledgeable, provided exceptional customer service in answering my endless questions, in allowing me to look at larger pieces in the back, in accommodating my evening schedule to template and in installing the countertops ASAP. They were able to reschedule my installation due to a cancellation. The installers were polite, efficient and quick they were in and out of my house in 2.5 hours. I will definitely be using them for my laundry room and bathroom renovations and I have already recommended them to my neighbours and friends.
We completely gutted and renovated our house and Royal Stone is one of the few trades I am extremely happy with not to mention they have the best pricing for quartz and granite!

I used this company to install a very large granite counter for a bar renovation (12,000). One of the lips broke off and I went back to get it repaired (i brought the corner so it was an easy fix). I pull up and the company has changed names in a short period even though it is same staff and almost the exact same layout as when I went there before. They claim the owner went bankrupt and they said they cannot touch the work. I said but it was done here and they said sorry we cant repair for you. Bankrupt or not and like I said same people working there. I would not use this company. Way too fishy!

We were referred to Royal Stone by our kitchen designer and we are so pleased with the finished product. Alice and Jannis were always professional, courteous and helpful with my endless questions and indecision! I was able to borrow many different samples to take home and was able to see lots of slabs of quartz in their back room. Once the decision on our Caeserstone countertops was finalized, our counters were measured the next day, with installation beginning within the week. The installers were extremely precise with their measurements and the countertops look absolutely gorgeous. I would not hesitate to recommend Royal Stone to anyone looking to replace their countertops or who is doing a complete kitchen renovation. The service was exceptional and I am very happy with the work they completed for us.

Royal Stone Gallery offered us courteous, friendly, and prompt service. They arrived right on time and were very professional. The granite countertops were expertly cut and installed - to the millimeter - a perfect fit!

We were made to feel welcome to preview our granite slabs before they were cut so that we could decide which portion would go into the piece that was cut for the kitchen island. This was greatly appreciated.

A few weeks after the installation we were offered a lovely pastry board - made from a scrap piece of granite left over from our countertop installation. A nice way of saying thank you for our business.

We were very satisfied with the help we got from Susan, the owner. She was totally involved with our projects and supervised everything.
The finished result was excellent and I had difficulty finding the seams, they were so precise.
They remade an ensuite counter top that was completely botched by another company.
I can strongly recomend Royal for price and quality.
