We had our ducts cleaned and Philip explained what he was doing and took pictures before and after .We found it very informative and were surprised at the amount of dust etcetera that was in the ducts. Philip was very friendly and did a great job.

Phil and Bayley were fantastic! Phil walked us through the entire process including showing us before and after photos. His rate was exactly as agreed upon and he took great care while in our home. I would highly recommend Phil and will 100% use him in the future.

Philippe called a couple of days before our service to make sure we were still expecting them! Arrived to our home on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained the process in full and even took before and after pictures to show their work. The entire process was quick and painless, took under 2 hours to do our house which is around 2400 sq feet. Philippe is wonderful to deal with and goes above and beyond with regards to customer service and satisfaction. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

We had the pleasure of meeting Phillip when he arrived at our home to clean the duct. We quickly realized how knowledgeable and experienced he was. He took us through every step of the process explaining and showing us the importance of a clean duct work, and how it affects even the furnace. Excellent work done. Reasonably priced

Phillippe was incredibly nice, helpful and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person.
He described what he would be doing each step of the way and showed pictures of the progress. The before and after pictures are my favourite part. He went even further as to explain the condition of my furnace and how to ensure it's running most efficiently.

Philip and Kyle were friendly yet professional, they worked quickly and efficiently. We just moved in so they had to navigate around stacks of boxes and bins and such. They were in and out fairly quickly and were fair with the price as it ended up being less than quoted. Also very informative about the way our system worked and recommended what filters to buy as well. We feel like we can breath much better now that we have clean ducts. Overall great company would highly recommend.

Phil came in to clean our ducts and we are very pleased! I wasn't quite sure what to expect, so I was happy when he explained exactly what he was going to do in detail. After he told us what the duct cleaning process was like, he took pictures of the affected areas and showed us so that we had an idea of what he was cleaning and how dirty it was!
He was very quick and efficient but took the time to describe what he was doing before he started each step so that we knew what he was doing and where.
Phil took the time to give us a rundown of how the cleaning went and what to expect from our furnace filter afterward, and showed us our very impressive "after" photos. I have already noticed an improvement in the air quality in our home, which is great for us as we have a new baby.
Ductwise came very highly recommended and the price of the service was fair. We would absolutely recommend Ductwise to others and we will be using this company for any duct cleaning in the future.
