We use a wide array of air cleaning tools, such as air whips, brushes, reverse and forward air flow jesters (air snake) to loosen or break up all caked on dirt, dust and debris from the interior surfaces of all duct lines. As a single person I am always leery of having technicians in our home. Phil and Ben are great. Super energy, friendly and very professional.
Phil even pointed out concerns with our new furnace installation and explained why they were points of concern. Both technicians were very thorough and took the time to explain procedures, which I really appreciated.
Darlene is great and always returns calls in a timely manner. Getting a discount as a repeat customer is always a bonus as well.

Honestly...if you need your ducts cleaned call DUCTWISE! Phil and Ben arrived on time, were extremely professional and seemed to work really well together. They thoroughly explained each step that they took as they cleaned the ducts showing us tools/products they were using and pictures of before and after cleaning. They were very knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of useful and very helpful information. Ductwise was not recommended to us personally however after reading other customer comments and reviews we decided to give them a call. We are so thankful we did and we will definitely be using them for all our duct needs! We have never written a review/comment online before but felt the need to express our gratitude towards this company! Outstanding job...thank you Phil and Ben, thank you Ductwise!
