I am so very pleased Bill is back in Alberta. He responded within a couple of hours to my email and I had an appointment the very next day! He has such wide knowledge of fireplaces he was able to find the problem and have it fixed in no time. He is easy to talk to, friendly and explains and shows you what the issues are. He dusted and cleaned the glass and my fireplace in now ready for the cold winter ahead! I would recommend him 100%

Bill did an excellent job on our 30+ year old gas fireplace. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Everytime he comes our fireplace is looking and operating like new when he leaves. Very happy with his service.

Excellent service. On time and phoned ahead to ensure we were available. Had all of the equipment to fix and clean our fireplace. Price was very reasonable. Work site was left clean and all debris removed.

Fireplace was not working and needed a good clean and TLC. Bill replied promptly to text and arrived when he said he would. He took the fireplace all apart and explained the what and why as he went. Everything is back together and working great. Looks like new and the area is spotless.

Would recommend Bill to anyone! He is so efficient, tidy, personable and honest. He sure knows his business! He resolved the problem in minutes, explaining everything he did in detail so that we understood. Then he did the annual maintenance, including painting inside the fireplace! Bill was In and out in about 35 minutes .. no mess and the fireplace looks like brand new! Thanks Bill ... I recommend you to all my friends and family.

Had Heatsafe Industries look at the gas fireplace in January (sorry for late review). Natural gas fireplace wouldn’t turn on. Heatsafe industries quickly fixed the issue and provided me with some tips on how to operate/optimize the unit. Was on time, cleaned up and affordable. Would gladly recommend.
