Dave did a great job to inspect our new condo at Skymark. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and inspected every details including electricity, appliances, heating/cooling systems, water supply, plumbing, building structure such as windows/doors/walls etc. of my unit and gave me a printed and PDF full report on everything he checked, plus alerts and hints of how to deal with them and fix it.

Dave did a home inspection on a house we are purchasing. His report was very detailed and he presented himself very professionally. It was great to have a walk through with him to answer any questions I had as he was very easy to communicate with. He pointed out minor issues and gave a timeline of when it may be necessary to tackle them as well as showing the necessary functions to properly maintain the home. Dave was on time and though i was late he was still a professional.
