Alpine Air Heating And Cooling

We are so impressed and pleased with Renato and Alpine Air! He was very professional, courteous and clearly worked hard and efficiently. Quote was clear and came in exactly at price. The unit was installed with a minimum of fuss. More impressive was 2 weeks later when we had a leak appear in our ceiling below our furnace/AC unit. Remato responded within 30 minutes and promised to inspect. He showed up on a Saturday morning, was his courteous and professional self, and quickly got to work. He inspected everything thoroughly, even climbed up into our attic (super tight squeeze) and
was able to determine it was the older drainage pipe, buried in the wall, that was the issue. He improvised a repair for us, and then helped me fix a door. Most impressive? He refused any payment - after 2.5 hours work! On a Saturday! He takes pride in his work, and is a true professional. We were very grateful, and highly recommend Renato and Alpine.
