The guys did a really good job - they were polite and professional. My husband had most of the dealings with them. The only issue we had was that the communication should have been better. The work we quoted with them was not what they thought was to be done on the day they were at the home. The gentleman came to our home to give us a quote. My husband and him agreed on it verbally on the spot but failed to put it in writing. We had done 2 other identical quotes and went with Lance's as their pricing was slightly better and they had great reviews. When they got there it was understood that they were just doing the walls and spraying the ceiling - not the baseboards, crown moulding, stair caps and an area in the living room where we have a small column as agreed upon. I understand mistakes happen and it was both our faults for not getting it in writing, however it was frustrating that we had to pay more than what we planned for and agreed upon the day of. We also had 2 areas we had to complete ourselves afterwards as they had not planned for it. All that being said, I would not hesitate to use them again. I would just ensure to get everything done in writing.
