I also decided to go with Jason based on reviews I saw on this site and I'm delighted to say that he totally lived up to the billing! He's everything that the other reviewers have described: friendly, knowledgable, reliable, fast, efficient and careful. I appreciated the time he took in outlining my options - I could go for a quick fix with a generic part or wait a day and get the manufacturer's part. He explained the advantages and disadvantages of both options so I could make an informed choice.
I also really appreciated the respectful way that he treated my home - shoes off at the door even though I didn't ask, kept his tools all neat and tidy and he even cleaned up the yucky puddles that my fridge leaked on the floor. His invoice was very fair considering the high quality work and that he came to my place twice. I highly recommend Jason and his will be the first number I dial when the next appliance melts down.
