HUGE thank you to Tal who recently renovated our new home this summer, even with all the challenges of navigating the covid times! Just like you, we found them on Home Stars and any initial nerves were quickly demolished (no pun intended). The project was on a 100 year old house, opening up the whole main floor and kitchen, in addition to a number of other fixes (new windows, painting, plumbing, electrical etc...). Our family has worked with many contractors before, but these guys delivered amazingly and now even family members have already begun projects with them! We were thrilled with the quality of work, the approachable nature of the construction team and finishing on time to meet our move in deadline perfectly. We would definitely book with Tal & Tomer again for any future renos!

I called living construction to change the look of my backyard and create an interlock patio with sod around it.
I had seen the beautiful work they had completed at my next door neighbour' s house where they had installed a beautiful pvc deck.
I had contacted 2 other contractors, who either got back to me too late or quoted me an unreasonable price.
the owner of this company, answered right away and made sure to come and check out my backyard the same evening.
After quoting me a price per sq ft which was competitive he suggested to start the work in the next 2 days and made sure to free up some time for me in his busy schedule. he actually started earlier than expected and his teams worked 4 full days back to back to complete the work. they were all very professional and hardworking and even added more stones and sod than agreed with the left overs.
the owner was always on top of everything and answering his phone any time to make sure that the stones were the right colour and matched the bricks on my house. he was very responsive and professional and i am extremely pleased with the result and already refered this company to 2 of my friends. i will definitely use their services in the future for reno projects that i want to complete as well.

Very professional team. We had Tomer and the team finishing our basement and replacing our deck and building a pergola a few years back They did a great job.
Now it was time to renovate the main floor bathroom and we called them again. Before giving a quote, Tomer listened to us, but also gave very pertinent suggestions according to his experience.
The whole renovation, from demolition, gutting the old bathroom, redoing everything and having it ready took Tal and his crew a week and a half. Tal was very knowledgeable and walked us through the whole job, always checking with us how we wanted things done and placed. All the guys in his team were very professional and polite, and made sure that everything was clean before leaving at the end of each day.
I highly recommend Living Construction and will definitely call them again for the next renos at our place. Tomer and Tal are the best!

Tomer and the people who work for him are completely remarkable. We've never seen anything like their level of skill and professionalism. Everything they did was done beautifully and within the time promised. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Our main floor was totally gutted, leaving us with ultra-modern living room, an added powder room, and our kitchen is to die for. My wife can't be any happier with her new dream kitchen; so many storage spaces and the wood-like (and heated) tiles are so nice to walk on, and the huge French doors bring so much light into the kitchen.
The upstairs bathroom looks amazing.
The exterior looks amazing with stucco throughout, brand new front and back porch, complete fencing, and backyard patio stones.

We received so many compliments from passer-byes and neighbours alike.

Tomer takes pride in his work and our house is proof of that. It's always a pleasure working with Tomer, so honest and patient.

Due to the holidays and settling in, my review of Living Construction is long over due...

Tal and the crew made the whole crew made our renovation project be incredibly easy. When it came to completing our project on time, they came in on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) to ensure the job was done right in time for the next stage of the project.

Tal and the crew were the easiest by far to work with and when it came to working with their preferred vendors, there was added value when it came time to picking materials. Tal even picked up some items for us from non-preferred vendors ensuring him and his team kept the momentum going for project completion

We would encourage and highly recommend anyone to Living Construction and if you are planning on doing a home renovation, don’t bother and look anywhere else. Living Constructions is quality, value and professionalism.

Tal and his crew were exceptional. They delivered on everything they promised and finish the project by the deadline they provided. I would highly recommend them. Tomer and Tal have done several renovations for us over the last 6 years. They always do amazing work, finish on schedule and on budget. More than anything they are great people and hire amazing people to work with them. Renovations can be hectic but they really take control while allowing me to still make the decisions I want to. The scope of what they have done for us is, renovating a kitchen bathroom, fixing two ceilings, adding lighting throughout a house, building 3 decks and renovating a commercial space. Can't wait till our next reno :-)

They were contracted to gut our old kitchen and replace with a new, modern, quality kitchen; complete with cabinetry, flooring, electrical, lighting, plumbing, exhaust and painting. The scope of work was completed on time, on budget (despite unforeseen issues as typical with any renovation) and with care to our family as we remained in the house during the renovation. Further, we contract Living Construction to renovate our family room, kitchenette and powder room.
