Very impressed with Tomer and his team. We had our old wood deck removed and a brand new composite deck with aluminum railings installed. Tomer's demolition crew and deck building crew were very respectful, easy to talk to, left the site clean after each day and did a great job. The work involved incorporating a separate uninsulated sunroom into an existing bedroom. This meant removing the existing wall and door to the Sun room resulting in one larger room, also laying a new vinyl floor and completing painting and finishing the whole area.
Sam did an excellent job, and I was very pleased with the results. I would certainly recommend Living Construction and Landscaping.

Got a new composite deck and converted the kitchen window to patio sliding doors. Very happy with the work and the team! Tomer was always responsive and his team was reliable. They showed up as planned and on time. John and Nico did a great job with the deck. They worked meticulously to make sure everything was perfect. Final price as quoted, no surprises. Tomer, Tal and the entire Living Construction team performed an entire gut job renovation of our 1940 attached home under a tight timeline. Our home looks amazing.
