Cement demolition, masonry, waterproofing and backwater valve installation
We had our concrete basement entrance removed and the entrance to the basement closed off. Concrete demolition, masonry and exterior waterproofing was required. We also had a backwater valve installed.
Manny is a very personable and professional guy. He is always available and answers all your questions. He gave reasonable and accurate estimates for the work. He is punctual and goes above and beyond what is called for. He is very reliable and does excellent work! He made this renovation process easier for us - with little worries on our end.
