Chris was recommended by a realtor, we were looking at a house and he was able to accommodate our timeline. I met Chris at the house and he went over everything with us and then emailed a detailed report the following day. His inspection discovered a number of issues that the current home owners had not disclosed nor were even aware of in a couple of the items. We ultimately decided to pass on the house as the costs associated with the repairs were substantial. Chris was great to deal with, professional and thorough we will use him again for the next place.

Hi Jordan, There are often a few surprises when reviewing a home perched on a steep slope with a stream running beside it and an ocean for a backyard.
