My husband and I used Chris Thompson for an inspection upon buying our first home together. We were beyond shocked at how detailed our report was and how quickly it was done! Chris went into the new place within days and had a report to us right away...which was very helpful when having a deadline on the offer we had put in. After we received the report, Chris called us to ask if we had any questions on what he had found, which we did, and he explained thoroughly all of our concerns and how to fix them. We were even told what to contact our new start about right away to have the most important thing fixed. That was such a big help! Chris then followed up after we had moved in to make sure everything was ok and that we had no further questions. I will definitely recommend Chris to anyone I know needing an inspector. With all of the commotion selling and then buying, he has made that part of our journey hassle free ... Even the payment was easy. All in all, very diligent, detailed and trust worthy service.
