We had Chris inspect a 1908 house we put a bid on. He was very knowledgeable about older homes and all the potential issues we could be looking at. His inspection was prompt and thourough. He gave us a very detailed report outlining the issues he found and walked us though the home physically showing us the findings which was very helpful and reassuring.
