Chris Thomson has done two home inspections for us. He agreed to stop the first inspection half way through when it became evident that there were too many problems with the property. We have acquired the second property after he did a comprehensive examination and left us feeling confident our new home was in good condition

Hello Patrick, Thanks for your review. It’s important to always have your best interests in mind. While it is rather unusual to find major issues that would turn you off a purchase so quickly into an inspection it happens occasionally. At that point when your mind is already made up to complete a full inspection and to charge you full price is almost like rubbing salt in the wound.
