We are in the market to find a new home. One of our subjects was to have that home inspected. Chris was extremely thorough, submitting a 69 page report to us. It was clear, easily understandable, and showed what items were of concern. Luckily this home had no fatal flaws but the report makes for a good punch list for future repairs and improvements.
