We had a number of quotes to companies out there and had them come in to assess the job. Ryan came on time, was super professional and gave us an honest quote with very reasonable timelines.
His price was excellent in comparison so we decided to give him the job. He showed up the exact day he said he would and framed everything in, he also said if there was any issue with the city inspection he would ensure it's done to their standard (there was no issue with their work for the record and passed inspection without issue).
He then came as soon as he could once inspection was passed and finished the deck off in one day. Very professional, great price and exceptional service plus he had great ideas, check out the California style shutters that I didn't even know existed before.
Just to note he did the deck only the covered porch was someone else and still needs a couple finishing touches.
