I wanted to upgrade my suite, the first thing needing attention were the walls and ceiling! Instead of splashing paint on like most painters, the walls were sanded and prepped numerous times before final coat was applied. I received better than GOOD quality for just under a mid-level price. He even replaced lighting fixtures for much lower cost than an electrician would have charged.
