Worst service I ever had, every time there was a snowfall I had to call them to force them to come and clean the driveway. The last time there was 20 cm of snow and he still didnt come. This was the last straw for me, I will be looking elsewhere.

Terrible snow clearing job. Driveway still covered with snow. Plowed very narrow, not full width. Can hardly get out of garage. Walkway not properly shovelled. Did fast Incomplete Job. Not according to what was agreed to on signing contract. Unacceptable!!
Worst Choice!!

Paid a lot of money upfront for this company to be reliable during a huge snowstorm. They clearly took on way too many clients they can handle. We were snowed in for 2 days and still no answer to their phones, can’t even leave a voicemail. We are elderly family and we are trapped in.. terrible service. Took our money and ghosted.
