The technician, Norm Rollin conducted an inspection on behalf of Enercare further to a B infraction identified in his October. The infraction has been successfully remediated. My complaint pertains to the inspectors service. He was argumentative, loud, didn’t listen, talked over my explanations and was more concerned in trying to pitch replacement of my hot water tank.
