Empty To Alberta That Guy Vanlines Ltd

I recently used That Guy Van Lines for my move from Alberta and would recommend them to anyone I know! If you are looking for an honest, upfront price with excellent staff these are the movers to choose. The guys were great and took such care when moving our furniture. They made the whole moving process a lot less stressful. Thank You!

My family had a terrible experience with That Guy Van Lines. Even though we showed them exactly what was needed to be packed into the truck they left several items behind, including several large items in my son's bedroom and an entire shed that we dod't realize they missed until after they had left. While waiting for them to come and unload I was told by the dispatcher that they would not be unloading so my family had to find a hotel that would accept animals last minute. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY OR COMPENSATION FOR THIS! It cost us an additional thousand dollars to move the remainder of our belongings, not to mention hotel costs. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Moving is a stressful time as it is, you don't need crappy movers who do not care about their clients.

Note moving cost was 1500. The additional thousand was what we paid to move the items they left behind.
