We are extremely happy with the service received from That Guy Van Lines. From the moment we contacted the office to the packing and moving and the unloading, everyone was very professional.
They kept us informed throughout the process. They were on time for the loading and unloading. They took great care in wrapping our stuff before going on the truck.

I moved to another province with Vanlines. It's a really good company, very good service in low rates. Definitely recommend they are nice people and take good care of your valuables.

Very professional from beginning to end. Crew of three showed up on time and loaded in less than 4 hours. We did all the packing of lots of fragile items so we expected some breakage but unpacking we found no breakage and no furniture scratches. The unloading crew arrived at destination in evening and completed the unload after 9 PM but they still took the time to assemble our bed. Wow!! this is customer service. I found the crews had empathy and customer focused. No surprize increases in moving cost above quote as I had previously experienced with other movers. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone planning a move.

They were great providing me with a quote and really fast turn around time. I am a procrastinator and they were able to help me move really quickly and were professional with their delivery and put together my couch for me upon arrival :)

needed to move to bc from alberta after retirement -= ex wife had used this company and I was impressed at that time - I used them and just as good - only hassle was my place in BC was not ready on time so created a bit of a delay but not van lines fault. Would easily chose them if needed to move again.

In Vernon BC Bryan and Josh arrived on time and efficiently and carefully moved all my belongings into the Van They made this experience as comfortable as possible for me I would recommend them to anyone.
In Okotoks Ab Darrin and Jackie looked after my belongings and again were very efficient and careful. They too were on time and I would recommend them.
Moving is stressful at best and both these teams made it a pleasant experience.

Needed to move our daughter to Vancouver. Looking at prices for trucks and then decided to check out moving company costs. Saw great reviews on these guys and decided it was worth the investment to save us doing the moving of furniture and boxes. Well the reviews did not fail us. So happy with our experience. Great guys loading the truck in Edmonton. And super communication from the office and the BC crew. Would highly recommend them

Great service. And the movers were very efficient and professional.
Last minute call and they got me in.
In the future, Would love to see someone go to the house to do assessment of how many trucks and people needed to finish the job.
