Neil and his team were awesome to deal with. We replaced our carpet with engineered hardwood. The quality of workmanship alone will make us use Valley Floors in the future. Neil outlined everything required and went through the process prior to starting the project. Great communication throughout the project and answered all our questions during the install. We are very happy with the install and recommend Valley Floors for anyone thinking about or starting a home reno project.

Bought an old house with a plethora of floor heights between rooms. Niel came with ideas to make it true. Left him to do his magic and when I came back days later, was gobsmacked. House was level, and beautiful vinyl floor!! Also he picked baseboards, window and door frames to match era of house. Even made the headers to make it pop even more!! Niel and team did an amazing job renovating our main floor and all 3 bathrooms. I was really impressed by Niel's professionalism and attention to details throughout the process. During the planning phase, we had a few follow up discussions and Niel patiently helped us evaluate multiple options. We sensed that Niel is very passionate about his work and took pride in the quality of work he does. This was evident in the amazing end results. Niel went above and beyond to ensure great quality work while staying within planned time and budget.

We also had additional queries about related projects and he was able to guide us very well. Valley Floors is one the best teams I have ever worked with (and I have worked with many). I'm going to start with Niel for any of my future Reno projects.

Taking great pride in workmanship, Valley Flooring completed removal of carpet, tile, and extra stubborn underlay to install LV planks and replaced all baseboards in our 40 year old house main level. He communicated and cooperated well leaving us with access to kitchen during this time. They are highly recommended.

Working with Neil from Valley Floors has been a great experience, Neil provided guidance and expertise from day 1 and made my flooring renovation super manageable. Neil has great work ethics and I really appreciated his good communication skills. I had no surprises and the project was completed on budget! We hired Valley Floors to install vinyl plank in our basement and hardwood in our office. The vinyl plank was an unanticipated renovation due to some damage. When gathering quotes, some other companies tried to take advantage of the situation; whereas Neil was honest and transparent, saving us a lot of money in the end! Both jobs were done very well. Neil's was very professional and clearly has a very high level of expertise. Prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend Valley Floors.

I can't say enough good things about ValleyFloors and Niel. This is a company that definitely knows what "customer service" and "quality workmanship" means. Niel installed LVP and baseboards throughout a small 1950s bungalow and I couldn't be happier with the service, workmanship and results. (I have another property that I will soon be doing in LVP and hardwood and I wouldn't use anyone else.) If I could give Niel 10 stars out of 5, I would. He made this reno very uncomplicated for me!

I bought a 1200 s/f condo. The carpet needed to go. I needed vinyl plank throughout. I dealt with a box store giant, initially thinking I would get a better deal. I had the worst customer service. I then discovered Niel from Valley Floors!! What a difference!! He took my stresses away and said ‘leave it to me. I’ll make sure all of this is looked after from the disposal to the new baseboards“. As promised he had this work completed within a few days. The first being two days after the consultation and measuring, all carpet was gone! The second day - subfloor installation. The following week vinyl planks delivered, installed (glue down) and I added baseboards. He had these installed the very next day. Niel was so easy to talk to, confident, and professional. He kept me informed via text. I was never left guessing what was happening. If I have anything I’d like to share with you is this: don’t bother shopping around. Go directly to Valley Floors.
