Was going to spend 10-20k to get my shower redone. Saw an advertisement on Facebook, read the reviews and asked him to take a look. For only a fraction of the cost, my existing shower looks brand new. The only challenge was that it was supposed to take 7-8 hours and ended up being 15 hours. He stayed until 12:30am making sure it was perfect and up to his own high standards. It was a bit late, the kids slept through it. We were tired, but the job was done right. The only suggestion I would have is to try to break up a longer job into 2 days and to let customers know that it might take 2 days to complete prior to starting. We will buy a new showerhead and shower caddy to fool us into thinking we have a brand new shower. Thanks for the hard work.

Owen is very professional and pays great attention to the details. My showerroom step has mildew and hard to clean and he took care of every corner of showerroom and at the end everything looks like brand new and sparkling clean. He even helped me caulking my sink, which was an extra help!

I’m extremely pleased with all aspects of the work. Owen was prompt, efficient with excellent quality of work. He has great attention to detail. As a bonus he noticed that the countertop and sink needed caulking and immediately set out to fix it at no extra charge.

I was refinancing my mortgage to finance a renovation. Because I knew my bathrooms were going to be demolished, I let them go, until the I realized my home needed to be appraised first.

I searched Google and found Tiles R Us. I called a bunch of cleaning companies before, none of them specialized in removing mold and mildew.

When I called Tiles R Us, Owen picked up the phone, he was driving from another job. He said he will do such a great job, I would reconsider the renovation. I decided to trust him. He's usually booked for the week, but he had a cancellation and said he could meet me within the hour if I wanted to proceed.

5 hours later, he was right. (The pictures don't do justice because the overhead light was out). Owen is a trooper. His equipment, his chemicals, his tools are hefty, mean and loud. He did not take a break. I felt bad, I offered him water, food, he said no thank you.

I’m happy I chose him, the renovations are now less priority for us, they are a luxury.

I called for the service thinking it was a simple crack that needed a refill. When Owen arrived, first he took the time to reassess the problem then gave me professional advice on what the better solution would be. He impressed me with his knowledge of the problem and the willingness to accommodate a larger scale of work at short notice.
The original plan I made with Owen should probably have taken a few hours but because the plan changed, he spent several hours extra doing the job. It was obvious he was more interested in an excellent outcome. He delivered his job superbly and went way beyond expectations.
