Bathtub tiles

First owen arrived an hour and half late , he said I have to pay a deposit and insisted on having the money paid right away either by cash or using a bank transfer , he didn't start until I paid him, he makes you feel like untrusted person , asking me to go on line and do the money transfer was unusual , decent company will at least accept credit card . After he left I found an area was missed so I had to go to home depot to buy the tub and tile caulk and I did the caulking by myself . Before he left I asked for the invoice but some reason he didn't give it and told me he will email it , he never did despite texting him twice Asking him to email it. So I paid $599+ tax which is not worth it , they advertised discount on their website and this was not deducted . I won't contact this company again in the future and I won't recommend them.

Approximate cost of services:
$677.00

Company Response

False information. I did not not arrive late. According to our company policy, Client was advised prior to the job date about our mode of payment..Debit card payment, email money transfer or cash for Residential service and he was OK with it. 40% before the service starts,60% upon completion and the client was OK with it. A contract was signed on the scheduled job date. Job was completed and client confirmed everything is Ok. After each Job according to our company slogan.. client was advised to let us know if there is any concern after the job completion but we are learning about the concern about the caulking here on the review page.
looking at the before and after images of the bathtub you will notice the grout lines were so bad that i ended up regrouting the whole bathtub instead of just Cleaning like the client was charged. Yes i forgot to send the invoice immediately after the job but the invoice was sent 2 days later. it's sad the client felt the way he did but we cannot satisfy everybody.
