I bought a motor from Frank Jefferson from Elite Pool and Spa,
Although this was a private deal bought through Kijiji I feel its important to share my story as it characterizes the man behind his business.

The long story short, I e-transferred him a deposit upon an agreed price of around $4000 and agreed with him to pick it up with in a few day. He promised he would hold it for me and guaranty I would be happy with my long distance purchase, I took him at his word as he promised me he was a man of his word. He is not. He sold the motor to someone else who came a long with more money. He is not a man of his word. I dont recommend doing business with him or Elite Pool and Spa.
