I hired Terry to install a new chimney type stove fan in our kitchen. He did the electrical, the installation, routed a new exhaust to the roof and replastered a wall near the old cupboard we removed to install the fan. Terry does excellent work and is great to have around. He keeps your place clean while work being done.

Terry was a last minute call initially to try and solve a leaking issues from our upstairs washroom into our bedroom. The professionalism he displayed, speed in both in response and in getting the work done prompted me to request an estimate from him to renovate the entire space rather than patch the required hole to deal with the leak.

Throughout the more substantial renovation, Terry would regularly keep in touch with us with the inevitable issues that are discovered when doing any work on a house of this age. Always a pleasure to deal with and willing to work collaboratively through the project's design, Terry turned a project I was dreading into a real pleasure!

In the end, we now have exactly the bedroom we wanted and didn't have to play the typical game of estimate vs reality one can see from other contractors.

If you have anything you need to get done, don't look any further.

We hired Terry a few months ago to do a small bathroom reno and a host of other miscellaneous work. He did the most fantastic tile work and was so easy going and pleasant to work with . Refreshingly, he was also so respectful of our home NEVER leaving any mess or debris behind. We regrettably tested this patience with unforseen project delays by other people involved in the reno but even then he was extremely gracious and tried to accommodate all of our timeline issues. He is a cut above the rest and you will be very pleased if you hire him. I look forward to working with him again soon ..assuming he would still consider work with us! :)

We hired Terry to complete the tile work in the main and en-suite bathroom including a very annoying penny tile. His work and commitment to perfection was reflected in an outcome that exceeded all expectation!!! Best hire we have done yet in this renovation project and would back his work 100%. You are a fool if you don't hire him and only suggest you book him in advance as he will be in demand! My ma deserved the best and he delivered it:)

After a long search for a contract we decided on Terry. He updated us frequently, kept the place clean while all the work was going on and because we had no other bathroom he removed the old toilet and put in a new one quickly. Terry worked on my Kits condo and did an absolutely fabulous job! He opened up a wall, framed the opening (beautifully), painted the whole place (including ceilings!), refinished the kitchen cabinets, installed a new vanity, toilet and light fixtures, and a new kitchen faucet. All work was done perfectly and to a very high standard. I highly recommend Terry. He is professional, skilled, and a really nice person. Two thumbs way up!

Terry was recommended to us last minute, when our original contractor bailed on us. His flexibility was greatly appreciated considering we contacted him during the holidays with no advanced notice, and he was able to start immediately.

Terry installed new tile in the entryway, kitchen floor and backsplash, and bathroom floor and shower enclosure. He also patched up the existing fireplace drywall, tiled the fireplace in natural stone, and built a new mantle as well. On top of that, he was willing to assist us with anything and everything to get the project completed - he is truly a jack of all trades. Terry kept his workplace extremely clean and organized, which we greatly appreciated. His attention to detail was wonderful, and we are very happy with the finished product.

Terry is very knowledgeable and patient, always willing to answer a question or give us his experienced insight into areas we weren't sure of. He made us feel comfortable right away with his friendly demeanor, and we trusted him 100% with the project. Terry did a great job renovating our dated bathroom. Took the vision of what I wanted and translated the work fabulously.

Terry was extremely detailed with his work and kept his work area very clean and tidy at the end of everyday. He was also very flexible with the hours and requests for later start days etc.

Terry only charged for the labor and job-specific tools that I could not purchase myself but aside from that I purchased all the materials. We were able to stay within budget and turned out to be exactly what I wanted; modern with a little spa spirit.

Terry is top notch. We had him install a door frame and associated work to our den/bedroom. It included drywall, painting, framing, hanging the door. The end result is excellent.
He is meticulous with his work and conscientious with keeping the work environment clean and safe. And our dog loved him!
