My wife and I are beyond thrilled with the fabulous job that Bernd did!! His work is absolutely masterful and he is so professional in everything he does, right from the first email response onwards. Bernd is a man who keeps to his commitment around time and craftsmanship. We feel so privileged to have had him build our fireplace and it surpasses what we thought was possible. We are lucky that we chose Bernd to create this for us and will now enjoy spending lots of time living in this room with our stunning fireplace. Thank you so much for taken the time to write such a "glowing" review. It was an honour and a pleasure to work for/with you. Like I've said in other responses, I am very fortunate indeed to deal with customers such as yourselves in most cases. Life is just too short to have it otherwise. I'm at a stage in my professional life where I pretty much pick and choose and my choices are beneficial for both, my customers and myself. I wouldn't want it any other way! Not that I'm not doing my very best on any project, I do, but you're bound to make that little extra effort in a situation where everyone feels comfortable and appreciative.
