I thought our upstairs hallway carpet had such a large wrinkle in it that I would have to replace it, but Tim managed to stretch the wrinkle out and give us a few more years of use. Thanks Tim!

We had carpets that had badly wrinkled in places but were otherwise in decent condition. We assumed we'd have to replace them, but thought we'd look into re-stretching first. After reading the great reviews, we contacted Tim at Calgary Carpet Restretch for his thoughts and a quote. He was great throughout the process - always punctual, professional and clearly very experienced at his craft. His quote was very good value for money, and he gave us the confidence restretching was the way to go rather than replacement, even though some of our rooms were complex due to shape, walk ins, doorways etc. He did pretty much all the rooms in our house, and the results were excellent (including him fixing some errors from the original installation). Tim came on time, did a quality job, and vacuumed up afterward (using his own machine). Plus he's a nice guy. What more could you ask from a carpet installer?

I had large, unsightly ripples in my carpet throughout the entire house. Tim responded to my estimate request promptly, came out when promised to provide a detailed estimate. His website is very thorough and helpful, so I already had a rough idea of what the job would cost. He came back at the agreed time and finished the job quicker than I expected. He then took the time to explain what likely caused the issue to begin with. The carpet looks almost like new again and I'm so happy! He also offers a 3 year warranty, which makes me extra happy. I also greatly appreciated that he followed the covid safety protocols.

Tim was right on time, quick to assess and his efficient and excellent work reflected his years of experience working with carpet. Definitely a phone number to save in your phone - not because you'll need to call him to come fix his work but to share with your friends! The charge was less than quoted over the phone, which tells me he's honest and not overcharging for a job, just because he can.

We moved into our new house where the carpets were all buckled and the seams were very visible. Now all of the carpets look brand new! Service was reliable, professional, and great quality.

Tim did an amazing job with the carpets in our condo. The carpets are about 4 years old and we started seeing waves in 2 of our bedroom carpets. Tim was able to fix the carpets without us having to move the huge furniture pieces. He was in and out within an hour including the time to do an estimate. Price was incredibly fair. He was efficient and did clean work. I felt comfortable having him in my home with the COVID precautions he took.
