I had arranged for a carpet restretch through another company that was recommended by my house inspector. After waiting 5 hours, the company recommended never showed up! I put out an urgent request through Calgary Carpet Restretch online form. Tim to the rescue! He rearranged his schedule to fit me in the next day. Showed up promptly, communicated clearly what needed to be done, was super professional, courteous and very personable. Work completed was excellent. Im so grateful this is a very reliable company. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone and to my home inspector.

This small company provided excellent communication from Tim the owner; Ryan showed up when he said they would; Ryan provided an 'on the spot' quoted which was a very reasonable price to re-stretch my hallway carpet; Ryan completed the work in the time he said they would and most importantly the finished product is excellent.
The only thing I was left to ask myself was why didn't I have them come out immediately when my carpet first wrinkled!

This was 3rd time we've used CCR to stretch a carpet area (all different locations) and once again a great job. On time, efficient and very capable. Well worth it to extend the life of our carpets.

We need more companies like this to help reduce the negative impact to the environment caused by unnecessary renovations. Consider repairing and restoring first before replacing!
