Joe went out of his way to squeeze us in when we had a kitchen tap "emergency" in our home this week. He was friendly, professional, polite and knowledgeable. I especially liked the fact that he takes the time to educate his customers. I will definitely be calling Oasis by JCB Contracting Inc. for future jobs in our home!

A big thank you to Joe for coming to our rescue on what we thought would be a simple bath faucet exchange. When we decided it was too big a job for my husband, we called Joe and he was at our house in less than 1 hr. We are so thankful he was able to provide his expert opinion on how to address the issues properly. We are very happy with his work and especially thankful he was able quickly address an unexpected (and unavoidable) electrical issue by calling on his brother. Joe was fantastic when our shower's faucet broke on a Sunday morning. He responded to my call on Sunday morning right away, walked me through the process of shutting off the water to the shower and came first thing Monday morning to fix it. Prior to my bathroom renovation, I was in a search of local pluming companies to compare, cost, reliability, reputation etc, when I had came across JCB Contracting Inc. I had decided to hire Joseph Berengeur. He was prompt returning phone calls and set dates always. Easy communication, very knowledgeable and honest. Price was very reasonable in comparison to other companies I have attained estimates from.
Later last year, I had another problem with my other bathroom. It had a toilet leak a few months later. Since I was so pleased with JCB Contracting Inc's service, I had decided to call them back for the repair of my other toilet as well. Joe was prompt again, honest, only did what really needed to be done ,..ended up being a very inexpensive repair ( which I was very happy to hear) and it has all been working great good ever since. I am really appreciative that I was not taken as a woman (single mother) like some other companies trying to do. Thank you again for the outstanding service. Highly recommended to anyone.

We asked JCB to fix the plugged drain. They responded immediately, came the same day and fixed it! It was fast and done properly. We were able to leave for our vacation in a few days, confident, that nothing would happen to our drains.

We contacted OASIS by JCB Contracting to finish up our large bathroom renovation. We were very pleased with Joseph's professionalism, punctuality and skilled work.
