It was great to see Joe's face again (at least the unmasked part) when I opened the door this morning. He quickly and completely diagnosed the plumbing issue we were having and outlined our options.
The options were explained in detail and we made our decision (when I say 'we' I mean the ladies) and in no time it was fixed and we were stress free again.
