The Phoenix team were pleasant to work with. They arrived on time when they promised and finished their work in under the estimated time provided. The team was friendly and answered questions I had in regards to the pieces they were putting together.

Sam is fantastic. I got his contact info through a neighbor when my AC broke down and he came to look at it right away and said he will attempt to repair it before going through a replacement...and he was able to! He is honest and fair and reliable and showed up very late to help me out. I will be calling Sam when I need to replace the AC and Furnace. Highly recommend!

They traveled all the way from Toronto to my town Alliston without any extra expectation.

Sam was so understanding and patient with me. He answered all my questions, helped me understand what is happening with my unit. Did not force any marketing . He was so welcoming. I recommend his team to anyone!

Sam has been amazing from start to finish. I’ve had him come over to fix my A/C in the past and most recently hook up a gas line for a new BBQ. The job was a bit complex as I did not want to see any piping outdoors in the side of my house. He ended up routing the line through my basement ceiling and it came out at the exact location I wanted. I am extremely happy with his knowledge and service. I would definitely call him again in the future.

Sam came highly recommended to me. I called him in because our furnace was making some loud noises. He explained to me that our motor was about to seize. And on top of that our furnace was well over 20 years old and running at a very low efficiency. He gave us a very good quote on a new furnace. Sure enough our Motor died, and Sam came and installed a brand new furnace, humidifier and a new thermostat for us. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things Heating and Air, and he really enjoys his line of work. The job was done in a timely manner, he explained everything he did, walked us through the new equipment, and helped with the online warranty. .As well, he thoroughly cleaned up and removed all old parts. Sam was very responsive and knowledgeable. He worked alongside us to make us comfortable with our new Goodman furnace . Seamless work. Clean up was great. Will Highly recommend for heating or cooling needs in the future.

Sam was extremely accommodating to our emergency as he walked through the furnace specs, science and features and warranty (for a goodman product) at a whim and was able to arrange for the installation the next day. Highly recommended!!

Sam came in to replace our A/C unit that broke down. He came very quickly understanding it was the middle of summer and that we couldn't keep our young child home without a working A/C. He was efficient, clean and friendly. I highly recommend his team.
