We had an issue with one of our radiant heating zones, it wasn't urgent but needed it done in prep for the winter. Phoenix Heating & Air Conditioning came highly recommended. We called for service and they came within 24 hours and were fast in diagnosing the problem. They took the time to explain the issue and their recommended solution. Within a business day the parts were ordered and installed. We are very pleased with their work, high level of professionalism and the polite courteous manner of how they approached the job. Highly recommend them and will be using Phoenix for ongoing service needs.

Gave me an honest and quickly fixed my furnace issues. Was able to install my smart thermostat efficiently and with minimal cost. Gave straight advice on maintenance and things to look out for.

Sam is very professional and competent. He found the issue with our boiler and repaired it. He is very reliable and quick in returning calls and was available to make sure the system works well on the day of repair. I will be contacting him for AC service and repair as well.

We had no hot water. We called Sam and he came that afternoon and assessed the situation giving us options and also making sure we had hot water while we decided how to proceed (it was clear the boiler needed to be replaced.

Within 3 days he had the new equipment and spent the day installing the new heater. He made a frustrating situation easy - also so considerate and COVID appropriate.

I'm not much for posting reviews, but had to make an exception in this particular case. So, we needed to replace an old AC Unit during this recent extreme heat wave and inquired through two local HVAC companies, which provided quite highly priced quotes. Reached out to Sam as he was referenced via a few family friends.

Sam responded promptly and was able to gauge the scope of work and replacement AC Unit requirements via some shared photos. The price quoted was lower than the previously provided quotes from local nearby companies.

Sam went above and beyond in completing the job by providing the work details, maintenance tips and tricks along with ensuring proper utilization for cost effective measures.
