I ordered custom blinds, however only half were delivered on time. I like the product that was installed. But I'm sure you could probably get a better price and more reliable service anywhere else.

We appreciate your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your blinds did not reach you when expected, but are very happy you like the product. We are currently doing a bulk install of the blinds in your condo building, and due to production schedules, some order changes and other issues beyond our control have led to some delays. These blinds are a high quality product and the retail value of the package you received is over $1,500. Going through a builder allowed you to purchase them at a much better rate. We always strive to offer the best possible experience to our customers and we apologize for not living up to your expectations. We are doing everything we can to make it right and, as you know , we will be installing your blind on Tuesday.
