My 90 year old Dad’s furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days in January. We were desperate to find someone to repair or replace it as quickly as possible. We looked at all the reviews and we decided to go with Climax. We are so glad we did! We immediately got a call from Sam who instructed us on what to do in the meantime to keep some heat on until he came. It worked! Sam came out very quickly and we discussed the options. The furnace was old and we needed to replace it. He gave us a very competitive price and installed it very quickly. We cannot express our gratitude! Sam is prompt, reliable, knowledgeable, honest, thorough and courteous. It is so refreshing to meet someone of his caliber these days. He is a true professional and goes above and beyond!
