Replace vent motor on furnace.
Came home from work Friday night approx 8pm & furnace sounded very rough. I called Sam at 8:30pm & he returned my call within 1/2 hr.
He came out early Saturday morning & diagnosed the issue right away - furnace was days from failing and during the worst snow day of the fall.
Sam ordered the necessary part & was back at my house late morning on Monday.
Sam explained the issue - gave me my options, and then arrived promptly as discussed & fixed the issue very quickly.
I fully recommend Sam - trustworthy and very calm and knowledgable - but most of all, he gave his word that he would deliver & he did so!
I will use Sam later this month to service my gas fireplace & I will also use him to help put in a new furnace/AC in the spring.
