I called Climax Air later on Tuesday afternoon, Sam answered the phone right away (that doesn't happen anymore). I explained the problem and explained what another company said to us. Sam offered three options and explained each one in detail. There was no pressure, it was an easy conversation and Sam and the crew came the following day to install. The crew was great, they were quick and cleaned up as they went. I can't thank Sam and the guys enough for such a quick response. I would highly recommend this company.
