Excellent, fast and courteous service! Called in the morning as furnace was making much noise.Technician said they are busy but will try to come same day if possible, but latest tomorrow. Sam did call and showed up just a few hours later. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it by repairing the water pump, no new part needed. Needless to say : very satsfied customer ; problem solved
, price lower than expected, interaction polite and very helpful.
