Cambridge elevator installed same time
During this period have problem with reliability and maintenance
Every year called for service for different type of problems
First 3 years had warranty, so cost is cover
They not cover my time spend
with them
Now they asking $600 a year for same warranty
Just to replace battery cost ~$240
Need to do it every year
$120 sevice call and $120 two battery's
(Retail cost of the two battery's ~$70)
Can't recommend this company
