Smart & Handy Renovations was given a 10K budget and 45 days to complete a total single family home renovation for my investment company. The handled the demolition and the rebuild. New floors, kitchen, bathroom, painting, screening, etc. They were extremely meticulous, finished under budget and ahead of schedule. Awesome work from very personable guys. Highly recommend them to anyone.
