We called Robert to have our roof inspected because we are worried about this shingles that were blown off the roof from the strong winds we experienced a few days ago. He was very professional, informative and honest regarding the condition of our roof. He said that we don't have to rush with the roof shingles replacement and it can still be good for at least 3 more years and it is up to us if we still want to replace the roof/shingles, he fixed the shingles that were blown off by the strong winds free of charge. We will surely recommend them to anyone who will need roof service done to their roofs.

We called Robert worried about our roof leak - he came out same day to assess the situation! Robert was SO KIND on the phone and made me feel extremely comfortable with the process. We were out of town and he took photos to show us what was wrong, quickly quoted us a fair price to re-sheath and replace the existing roof. He kept us up to date on timing, when they'd be complete and actually completed the job 3 days prior to his estimated deadline! He was easy to communicate with, quick to respond to text, email or phone call. I am so relieved to have gone with Robert and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for their roof to be replaced or repaired!

When we built our Springside home (15 years ago) we purchased an upgraded asphalt shingle roof in the hopes of getting 20 or 25 years of life. After 15 years the original roof was looking tired and we wanted to replace it with a superior product. I looked around for alternatives and found Calgary Elite Roofing. Robert L came by and provided all the information I was looking for. He impressed me by his attention to detail and his company's determination to do all work perfectly. We went ahead with the project and were very pleased with the workmanship and overall results. Elite is thorough and leaves no detail incomplete. All of the workers were very conscientious and pleasant to deal with. I give this company full marks for quality and integrity (and they are nice too)!

After some heavy rains, we discovered we had a small area on our roof that needed repair. Elite came and gave us a very reasonable quote and within a few days were able to come and fix my roof. The work crew did a great job and they also did a very good job cleaning up after their work.

We recently received a new roof, soffits and eaves-troughs from Elite Roofing. Everyone who worked on the site was hard working, knowledgeable and very personable. They went above and beyond expectations, repairing pre-existing problems at no extra charge. We are 100% happy with the results and would highly recommend Elite Roofing to anyone.

They came right away after visiting booth at homeshow. Gave us an excellent price, started within 5 days came 3 days straight till job was done. Workers were polite and efficient. Cleanup was perfect, followup twice with managers to be sure we were happy. Definitely would recommend to everyone

Elite roofing is an amazing company. We first contacted them because of a leak from the roof into our upstairs bathroom. At first they thought it was the ducts on the roof. They would blow open during windy days and rain would get into the gooseneck and down into the vent system of our bathroom. They replaced the ducts for a reasonable price (as compared to other companies) and ensured us that if there were any issues, they would swing by, rain or shine. After a heavy rainstorm we were sad to notice leaking and elite roofing had a crew out within 24 hours. They climbed into the attic, took many pictures, checked everything out and left with an intention of returning asap. They did return quickly and took out the roof underlay plastic and several asphalt tiles to hopefully fix the issue at no additional charge (despite the fact that it required 1 hr of labour). Unfortunately the roof leaked again. The crew came out again (very quickly) and spent 2 hours on the roof. After fixing all of the underlay and the asphalt tiles, they noticed a small hole that had been overlooked because of debris. It was patched and we have not had an issue since. Although this took a long time to resolve, my review is very positive for elite roofing because they stopped at nothing to find the issue and fix it with exceptional customer service. Once the real (and difficult to find) problem was identified, the roof has been perfect. The crew and manager (Rob) were professional, courteous and fair. Once charging us for the original repair (even though it wasn't the right one for our unusual issue), they did not charge any additional costs for labour or parts. I am very appreciative.
