My parents recommended Acez Demolition to me after they got their home renovated by Mike and his crew. Mike was very pleasant; he provided a full scope of work, price and a realistic time frame for my basement renovation. When the work began I was very pleased with how clean Mike and his crew were when coming in and out of the basement to work. They finished before the scheduled time frame which was great for us! (We had tenants moving in). The basement is beautiful and we couldn't have asked for better! I highly recommend Acez Demolition for fast, affordable, clean and professional service!

I was referred to this company through a family friend. My husband and I were looking to renovate from top to bottom of our home. Mike came in and provide a complete estimate and details of work to be done. Mike and his team did an excellent job in the time frame requested. They were professional and completed the tasks involved in a timely matter and cleaned up after. My husband and I were very happy with their service and would use them again for any future work.

No need to look any further. Mike and his crews worked relentlessly battering unbearable outdoor weather conditions of -20C!!! I did not hear a word of complaint. The work was done on time and on budget. Since part of the structure had to remain extra care was necessary. This was no problem for Mike and his crew. Great communication throughout the process.

We hired Mike of Acez Demolition recently to gut almost 80% of our house for major renovations. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike and his crew. They were professional, courteous and so very polite, friendly and pleasant. They were always on time and worked non stop the entire day till the very last day. Mike was thorough and patient even with changes along the way. He always double checked with our framer, engineer and us to make sure he was within the set limits of demolition. He also made sure of proper and complete disposal of the debris. It was quite reassuring to see that he had very good knowledge of the building structure. At the end of the 10 day job he left the site nicely swept and as clean as possible for the other trades. He stayed well within his quote and timeframe. And charged nominal fee for the extras that we added. We would highly recommend Mike and his Acez Demolition company. We would only consider him if need be for future projects.
