I was very satisfied with Jonathan's professionalism, communication skills and timeliness. He was on time and got the job done as agreed and for the quoted price. The furnace is running very well and I'm happy with the price for a Payne furnace. Very smooth transaction at a fair price. Quality of install was great, he pays attention to the details. Don't get overcharged by the big companies, all you need is a competent installer like Bowler.
