Dynamic Contracting

Our basement needed a basement renovation terribly, so we called A few contractors, including Dave as he came highly recommended, and by far Dave came in at the most reasonable price. We spoke to him about ways we could bring the cost down closer to our budget, and he found a way to do it with out effecting the end product.
The first day he started, his team and him pulled up our carpet, and laminate underneath the carpet, and it was soaked with water and black mold on the concrete throughout entire basement. Scary stuff! But it didn't stop them from completing the job! Dave took it upon himself to properly clean and scrub up the mold, and help us try to figure out where the leak was coming from that caused it. We found out it was coming from the furnace, so Dave had his HVac guy come in to verify the problem with it. Because of this set back, Dave came in on the weekends to make sure the job was done by his quoted time. He showed up every morning around the same time, and didn't take off to start other major projects, until ours was complete. I couldn't believe how fast they got the job done and how amazing it looks. Dave takes pride in his work and definitley is not a slacker! Now we can enjoy our family time in a clean, safe, cozy basement. Dave definitely went above and beyond for this project, with knowing how important it was for us to stay with in our budget. We couldn't be more happier! We will be calling him back for more projects in the future!!! He's our guy!!!

Dave Black and his team did an excellent job finishing our basement! Dave takes extreme pride in his work and it shows. Our basement has been transformed into a great living space. He completed the job ahead of schedule and there were no hidden costs, as we have found with other contractors in the past. I had dynamic contracting install new tiles in my kitchen. You want to talk about pride in your work. Dave did a great job on the installation. He also offers great customer service. We used Dynamic Contracting for the first time this year, as they were highly recommended by a work colleague. From the very beginning it was clear to us, that Dave ( the boss ) knew what he was talking about, as he pointed out a few problem area's that we were not even aware of before he started the job. We advised that the two upstairs bathrooms would need to be done quickly, as we are shift workers and we had a limited window to have the work completed by. Dave immediately scheduled us in for the time that we requested and went out of his way to ensure that the two bathrooms were completed within a week. The work that was completed was exceptional. The finishes in each area were perfect. Not only was the work completed quickly, but the crew that we had working with us were pleasant, tidy and very hard working. In short, Dynamic Contracting is now our contractor of choice and we will be giving them all future renovations/projects. We highly recommend their services to anyone who wants a professional job done well and quickly.

Recently we had our main bathroom renovated by Dave Black of Dynamic Contracting. From estimate to completion the process was outstanding. We were on budget, on time and superior workmanship. This included whirlpool tub, tile, paint, plumbing and electrical. He assisted with design and offered helpful advice for decorating and cost savings. He treated our home with respect and has been available for any follow up. We highly recommend Dave and his company and in fact he will be redoing our second washroom.

The work was very professional. It was done on time. The cost was as agreed upon, with no surprises. They were the lowest of 3 estimates. We bought tiles, counter tops and plumbing fixtures. They did all the work.
They cleaned everything up when finished.
We would use them again.
We have referred them to our friends.
