Royal Work Corp. Waterproofing

The company failed to follow up with an issue i experienced shortly after the "waterproofing" was completed and the first heavy rain caued internal wetness. The "technician" who came to examine the issue said he will send a crew to fix it within a week. In trying to f/u with him he promissed (in an email communication) that the guy will show up "tomorrow". I took time off work expecting them to arrive. Needless to say, no one came and I was not notified of any re-scheduling, either. Further attempts to connect with my contact person yielded a vague statement to continue trying their best to deal with the situation. I'm guessing they are too busy getting new contracts instead of f/u on customer support. Stay away from this company. Thus far, "Warranty" is an empty promise.
