waterproofing

My tenants called me and notified me that water was leaking in the basement. This is a commercial property and there is a lot of room to work. I did not know anyone who does this type of work and so I asked around. I received a quote from a friend of a friend, another from a company that seemed established, and a third from Royal Work. The prices were very very different and how they would resolve the issue also varied somewhat. Of the three quotes, Royal Work was the only one I found on HomeStars. The ten rating impressed me, but I was also skeptical because getting a perfect score of 10 from so many people, although impressive, made me somewhat cautious. I decided to call them and go from there. In short, WOW! I am super glad that I did. I dealt with Anatoliy and he is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly a very gentle and kind person. He is honest and all about integrity and genuinely trying to help. He made a stressful situation a very pleasant experience. If I could I would give Royal Work above a ten rating and I highly recommend them to others without reservation. Here is what impressed me so much and why I am so glad I went with them. First, the price was very very fair. Second, the work start date was quick and once they started work they were also very quick to complete the job (to me, clearly an indication that they know exactly what they are doing and just go to it.) Third, I could not be on site when they were working and so Anotoliy took pictures and showed me exactly what they did and what the problem was (I did not expect nor did I ask for this to be done). Fourth, it turns out that there was two, not one problem. The water was leaking into the basement from the ground area, but there was also an air conditioner above that was recently installed and not sealed properly. Not only did they detect this, they also went above and beyond and offered to fix it at no extra charge. Fifth, they were willing to do what others were not. Others were telling me that they would not patch the inside, would not replace the torn up asphalt and so on. That would mean I would have to hire more people and that the cost and stress would likely increase. Thankfully, Royal Work did everything and did it well. Again, they are clearly very experienced and skilled. I can go on, but will stop here. I think this gives you a good sense of why I am so glad that I decided to call Royal Work and even more thrilled that I decided to go with them. They made a very stressful situation a pleasant one.
