These guys are the best. I’ve seen the neighbours use a competitor. SNOW CARE, does care. They keep the drive clear and straight. Others start straight and end up with a narrow lane way.

Been with these folks like forever and they always go above and beyond. We switched to them because we have children in wheelchairs and they all have programs to get to. Joel , Tracey and Steve go the extra mile for us. They even pulled our car out of the drive when I was moving it so they can clean . Darn city plow got us trapped. If that isn’t a caring service , then I don’t know what is. Bottom line these people care !!!!

I have been using Snow Care Works for 3 years now and every year I am impressed with their quick service and attentiveness to my needs. They are quick to respond to special requests and truly care about their clients. I will be signing up again this year and would recommend them to anyone in the Orleans area.

They offer excellent service and are very dependable. Important to me is the fact that they return to remove the snow left by the city plow. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Great small business with staff that are very attentive to your needs. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. They delivered on everything that they said they would for my home. They offer a number of different snow removal packages to meet every individuals needs which I don't think you can expect from some of the bigger companies. When you have any inquiry they respond very quickly which made them even more enjoyable to deal with. Will certainly be hiring them again this winter.

The company was excellent in their snow removal. Always was here and doing an excellent job. When we had reached the 250cm level, they sent out an email explaining that the cost would be 20.00 per snow removal and if we wanted to stay on the list or not.
I would recommend this company to anyone who has a BIG driveway or an elderly couple who can not remove the snow themselves

We are in the Convent Glen area of Orleans. Called the company a couple of days after a large (51 cm) snowfall and after getting some outrageous quotes from other companies. Joel came within a few hours and did a thorough job. The machines dispersed the snow without leaving large mounds that block visibility. He used a shovel in hard to reach areas. Very polite service, and reasonably priced considering the snowfall and other price gouging quotes from some other snow removal services. Will call on them again!

I hired this company last year because I have a very steep driveway and need to be out of the house by 6 a.m. These guys never let me down. My driveway was always clear before I had to leave the house. They use a snow blower and shovel instead of a plough and always came back to clear again after the city ploughs went by. Great job and Tracy in the office is always very helpful and friendly. I have already booked again for this winter. :)
