He was polite and purposeful, quickly assessing that I needed a flexible stainless steel hose to replace old copper pipe which he supplied for just $10. My older dishwasher made the disconnection complicated, turning a 45 minute job into 2.4 hours, but Manny honoured the estimate. He tested everything thoroughly and cleaned up after he finished and ran a complete washing cycle to confirm that there were no connection links. Perfect!
