Advantage Airtech is the only ones who have been our service and maintenance people. We had no heat. Josh showed up to our house very quickly and fixed the problem right away. Thanks Josh

Advantage installed our furnace and we have used them ever since for maintenance. The last technician that came did a very good job. We are satisfied with the work they do.

We have a prepaid maintenance plan with Advantage Airtech. Very happy with their services. The technician wore shoe coverings when he was inside.....They didn't install the furnace, but we switched to them because we didn't like the Carrier service people that installed the furnace.

They were recommended by family....and I always recommend them to friends and neighbours. Matt came out to do the annual furnace cleaning for my contract. He took the time to answer all my questions. A happy customer...

We were originally recommended by a friend to try Advantage. Recently they came to our house and fixed a problem with our furnace. It was covered under warranty. Absolutely satisfied with this company. I have recommended them to other friends.

I have used Advantage Airtech before and have always been satisfied with their work. On November 13, 2013 I had my furnace maintained and cleaned. The Service Technician, Matt, arrived on time and answered all of my questions.

AAirtech was the original installer of my entire HVAC system in my newly renovated home. After installation, I had hired AAirtech to an annual maintenance contract to do spring/fall start-up/maintenance on my HVAC unit. This spring, they contacted me to arrange a time, and as my schedule is busy they were unable to find a time before 8am or after 6pm on any day of the week to perform the annual startup. While waiting for them to find a time, my AC died. Of course, during a heat wave. I contacted AAirtech and they were remarkably unhelpful considering I had a current maintenance contract. I asked for an on-call visit to fix the AC and they said it would be 3-4 days until they could come. I suggested that this was unacceptable as they had not bothered to perform the annual maintenance I was contracted to receive nearly a month previously (which likely led to the HVAC failure). I spoke with a number of people and eventually was told by the 'business owner' that they didn't want my business and they would be refunding my maintenance contract fee.

Do not expect decent customer service from this company. Do not expect that they will honor their contracts. If you request they do honor the contract, they will cancel the contract if it is inconvienient for them. They don't mind if you pay them if they don't have to do any work, but the moment you require urgent service, they will make themselves scarce.

Avoid. This. Company.

I was quoted a price of $345.00 for a Aprile Humidifier. When the unit was installed I noticed that it was a York Humidifier. I'm not happy that this company have mislead me in the product and are not willing to do anything to "make it right"

AA was excellent. I had 6 different sales called scheduled and D'Arcy impressed me as much as anyone else in the group. He was patient and professional in his meeting with me. Also was very quick to reply by phone or email after the initial call when I had some questions and to book the appointment.

The crew that arrived were on time, respectful fastidious. Time will tell if the York equipment will stand the test of time, but we could definitely feel the difference in the house with the new furnace.
